URGENT: SAFETY RECALL – Pecker Finger Vibrator - The Hot Spot

Dear Customers,

This Safety Recall notice is for anyone that has purchased an Adora Pecker Vibrator (Pink / USB Rechargeable).

Please read this notice carefully as it contains critical safety information regarding your product.

Why we are recalling the product

The USB charging cable of the Pecker Finger Vibrator may, when in use, be susceptible to short circuit which may lead to overheating and/or fire.

What is the hazard?

Should a short circuit in the USB charging cable of the Pecker Finger Vibrator occur, causing overheating or fire, there is a risk of heat or fire damage, injury or death.

What you need to do immediately:

1. STOP using the product (including the USB charging cable) immediately.
2. Unplug the USB charging cable from any power source.
3. DO NOT plug the USB charging cable into any power source.
4. Cut the USB charging cable using scissors.
5. Place the product (including the USB charging cable) in a safe place out of reach of children or other members of your household and follow the required REFUND steps outlined below.

How to claim your refund:

You are entitled to a full refund.

To get a refund:

(1) Unplug the USB charging cable from any power source.
(2) Cut the USB charging cable using scissors.
(3) Email a photo of the cut USB charging cable for a full refund. Email the photos to admin with your details.
(4) Dispose of the product, including the cut USB charging cable.

Do I need a receipt?

No. You do not need your original receipt to claim this refund.
